Agreement
By registering for a Moriah Web Hosting account, you agree to abide by all rules and regulations regarding our service. Your use of the Moriah Web Hosting service constitutes your agreement to the terms, conditions, policies and notices set forth below. In addition, our service shall only be used in accordance with any and all applicable laws and regulations.
Notification
You agree to receive occasional service announcements via email from Moriah Web. These announcements will be used to provide information about new services or updates to existing features and functionality.
Abuse
We are a family oriented on-line website hosting service and certain types of web sites are not permitted to use the Moriah Web services. We do not allow websites containing Adult content, pornography, racist information, warez downloads or illegal content. Also items advertised and sold, must be available to purchase by minors. So selling of Alcohol and tobacco is prohibited. We also will not tolerate anyone using our systems to send unsolicited email messages, posting links to Internet groups or any form of spamming.
Banned Items - cannot be sold, advertised, linked or promoted in any form
# Excessive profanity
# Violence, racial intolerance, or advocate against any individual, group, or organization
# Hacking/cracking content
# Illicit drugs and drug paraphernalia
# Pornography, adult, or mature content
# Gambling or casino-related content
# Any other content that promotes illegal activity or infringes on the legal rights of others
# Sales or promotion of certain weapons, such as firearms, ammunition, balisongs, butterfly knives, and brass knuckles
# Sales or promotion of beer or hard alcohol
# Sales or promotion of tobacco or tobacco-related products
# Sales or promotion of prescription drugs
# Sale of circumvention devices, including modification chips
# Sales or promotion of products that are replicas or imitations of designer goods
# Copyright - Hosting, Distributing, or Linking to Copyright Infringed Materials
# Cracking - Brute Force Access of Secured Network Devices
# DoS - Denial of Service Attack of Network Devices
# Forgery - Faking an IP Address, Hostname, E-Mail Address, or Header
# Fraud Site - Hosting or Linking to a Website Intended to Deceive the Public
# Hacking - Circumventing Security Systems of Network Devices
# ID Theft - Hosting, Distributing, or Linking to Stolen Account Identification Information
# Infection - Hosting, Distributing, or Linking to Exploits, Trojans, Viruses, or Worms
# IRC Malicious - Malicious Use of Internet Relay Chat
# IRC Non-LAN - Internet Relay Chat Outside of Layered Technologies Network
# IRC Unregistered - Internet Relay Chat Server not Registerd with Layered Technologies
# Phishing - Identity Theft by Email Under False Pretense
# Scanning - Probing for Vulnerabilities of Network Devices
# Shells - Hosting Accounts Primarily for Shell Access
# Spam Cannon - Sending High Volume Spam (UCE or UBE)
# Spam Email - Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) or Unsolicited Bulk Email (UBE)
# Spam List - Hosting, Distributing, or Linking to Email Address Lists for Spam
# Spam Proxy - Hosting an Open Proxy Server Used for Spam
# Spam Relay - Hosting an Open Mail Rely Used for Spam
# Spam Hijack - Distributing Spam Through a Third Party Server Vulnerability
# Spam Site - A Site Advertised by Spam Email or Spam Web
# Spam Ware - Hosting, Distributing, or Linking to Software Designed for Spamming
# Spam Web - Unsolicited, Bulk, or Forged Site Advertisement in Web Logs, Forums, or Guestbooks
# Spamhaus - Blacklisting of an IP for Malicious Activity
# Terrorist Site - Hosting or Linking to a Site Advocating Terrorism
# Trademark - Hosting, Distributing, or Linking to Trade Mark Infringed Materials
# Warez - Hosting, Distributing, or Linking to Crackz, Hackz, KeyGenz, Serialz, or Pirated Software
# Third party banner Ads are allowed on websites so long as they do not break our Terms of Service
# Email spamming, Spamming of Internet groups
You may contact us by creating a Support Ticket to report any abuse or illegal use of our services.
Disclaimer
THIS SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND ANY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED. IN NO EVENT SHALL Moriah Web or MORAH MORIAH BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES; LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF THIS SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
Termination of Service
Moriah Web reserves the right to terminate service for any customer at any time, at our sole discretion.

Refund Policy
If you are dissastified with our service, you may request for a refund within the first 30 days of your plan.
If you have registered for a free domain from us, we will deduct US $10 from your refund, as domain registration is not refundable. You own the domain for the rest of the year, and can transfer its DNS to another nameservice of your choice.
